General Conditions for your rental
Electricity, water and gas for cooking are included in the prices.
Wifi is included to cover normal internet, WhatsApp and email usage. It will probably not suffice to download movies.
Final cleaning is also included if the house is left in reasonable order according to the check-out instructions (beds to be stripped, towels to be left in downstairs bathroom, all rubbish removed)
A damages deposit of €250 will be charged, to be refunded at the end of your stay
Damages for which the deposit will be forfeit includes incorrectly sorted household rubbish. Clear instructions are left in the house and appropriate containers provided along with dates and times for house-to-house collection (5 days a week). Should the instructions NOT be followed the entire €250 will be kept.
No rubbish may be left behind. Should the collection day for plastic waste or glass and metal, for example, fall after your departure, the estate custodian provides a collection service for €30.
Cars must be parked inside the gate. The estate does not allow on road parking.so you cannot drive to the beach.
Tenants must be respectful of other residents and refrain from making a noise in the early afternoon and late at night.
Payment terms:
A deposit of 30% is required in order to confirm a booking.
The balance and the damages deposit are payable on or before arrival.
Cancellation:
The deposit will be returned if the booking is cancelled at least 90 days before the agreed arrival date.
If cancellation occurs between 90 and 60 days before arrival, 50% of your deposit will be returned to you.
For cancellation with less than 60 days notice, the deposit is forfeit.
